Solar Panel to charge outdoor camera

It appears the Wasserstein uses a 3.7V and appears like it might be one of these [image] Other things I have noticed. While charging you can hear a slight hum/buzz from panel. Thanks unfortunately both panels are currently unavailable. I have a panel from Hem-Life not sure if I want to try on my outdoor cam?
