Snowing in my basement

It’s snowing in my basement! I realize this is just dust but have never seen this much and never seen it behaving like this, falling like snow!

Heavyset relatives visiting? I’m serious, because that could easily explain this phenomenon.

I am more concerned about the melting light bulb

Nope, just me here.

That is the shape of the light bulb.

I know I need glasses but I have never seen a bulb like that

I want to say it’s just more reflections from the long duct insulation (and that the bulb is normal) but it sure doesn’t look like it.

Even if that pinpoint is just a reflection on the foil, it doesn’t explain the smokiness in between…

Trust me it’s a regular bulb here is a better picture of it

That bulb is weird. It’s almost too regular.

Well geez you didn’t mention the funky extend-o-socket you put that regular bulb into. Thanks for the detailed picture. Makes sense now.

Ahhhhhhhhh. I didn’t see the 45 degree adapter.

Nothing to see here. Move on.

Termites from the ceiling

Man, I was about to ask if you live in Hawkins, Indiana. If you’ve seen the Sci-fi series “Stranger Things” you’ll know exactly why I asked.

Any chance you recently got an ionizing air purifier? Ionizing filters charge the dust so it falls to the ground.

No I have not.

Dandruff?

Seriously, if that were outside I would say it is fog rolling in. I have seen it many times on my outdoor v3 cameras.

Is there something on the floor just above where that cam is? Trampoline? Dance Floor? Bed ?

No there is a table under the camera.

I have seen fog outside but it doesn’t look like that. I recently had a death in my family… You never know…
