“Shuttering photos” is named “Time Lapse” video in the Wyze app.
You’ll need to install a microSD card in your cam if you haven’t already done so. Then from your phone/tab in portrait orientation: Wyze app Home > tap your cam to start a live stream > “More” to the right and below the cam view > “Time Lapse” > select start date/time > select end date/time > select Interval (how often to take photo/shutter) > Set.
Your result is stored at: Wyze app Home > tap your cam to start a live stream > “More” to the right and below the cam view > “Album”.
