I purchased the cam 3 on preorder promotion and never received the camera. I ordered another and received it but not my year of cam plus. I have put in support requested through my app but not really getting anywhere. Am I missing something?

Do your orders show up in your account order history? Did the V3 you received have a 14 day trial? you should get an email with a code to redeem your one year of plus. If all else fails call support 1-844-999-3226. Have your information ready to provide support. I have had good luck calling between 9AM and 10 AM Pacific time.
