Several issues after month long trip

Was away from home for a month. During that time 3 of the 5 cams I have lost connection at some point. Since returning home the pan cam will notify, and record an event, but won’t show live saying it’s not connected to network.
The other 2 are version 2’s, one is doing the same as the pan, the other won’t hook to network or app at all. All show not hooked to network when checking “device info”.
I’ve power cycled multiple times, restarted app, reset multiple times with no changes.

Ideas please?

Should have mentioned that. I also just tried deleting one of them, the V2, reinstalling and it still didn’t work any differently

If that doesn’t solve it, keep in mind that this is primarily a user-to-user forum. If you don’t get help here from the community, file a support request including log files. That will ensure that the logs are captured. You might want to submit the ticket right away because there’s somewhat of a backlog. You can always let them know it’s already resolved when they contact you.
