Setup failed: Yellow light never came on

Plugged in device and the yellow light never came on. Did I get a lemon or do I need to do something else?

First I’d try a different USB cable and a different power module.

I have the same problem. I first had error code 90. I tried unplugging and then deleting both cameras. Now I cannot get them to power on, no yellow light etc

Can you try a different wall socket, power adapter and USB cable? It sounds like you may not be getting power to the camera.

I have. Both of my cameras stopped working and wont turn on

There could be several causes. If the troubleshooting steps at the Support Site don’t help, then you should file a Support Request to get help and possible replacement of the cameras.
