Here I am again and I find it hard to believe that I am the only one with this issue (although I’m extremely tech challenged. But why does the Pan Cam disconnect every time I’m trying to set up Waypoints? Please, I have very ill and very elderly parent I’m trying to use this to monitor as with the V2s I’d be needing 4 instead of the one Pan. Seems that motion tracking doesn’t pick up anything out of line of sigh of the cam. This is very important and one should not have to be messing with this for 24 hours to set up. Thanks.
The camera shouldn’t disconnect when you set the waypoints. I would try resetting the camera and trying to set the waypoints again. If this doesn’t work I would open a support ticket with Wyze.
