Looking for a way that I can get a text if I leave my garage door open for more than a certain amount of time.
The Wyze push notification to my phone is microscopic.
Looked at IFTTT but there doesn’t seem to be a timer to use with Wyze. It’s either on open or close.
I had the same problem for awhile, until the company that makes my door sensor came up with a delay. Until then, this is the work-around I used.
I put a wifi bulb in a prominent location in my house and set it to turn on when the garage door was open, and turn off when it closed.
If I forgot to close the garage door, I would eventually see the bulb lit up and it would remind me to take care of it.
