Sensor not connecting

Contact sensor will not reconnect after battery died. New battery, re-booted, have done everything recommended. Thread states to “Contact Support” if this happens. Can someone tell me how you can actually contact support? (Do they even exist?)

They exist. You can contact them by phone or online chat. I’d recommend a phone call as I have had good luck with that when I’ve called in the past. Unfortunately it’s the weekend and you’ll have to wait until Monday.
