I’ve tried to connect 6 contact sensors and one motion sensor (all brand new) to the bridge and none of them will work. The bridge light is blue until I tried to connect and then it blinks blue at that point then it will not connect. Can someone please help me?
I’m having the same problem. Rebooted my modem, turned on and off several times, put the contact in my Wyze cam as well as the wyze2 and nothing works. All updates are current and even plugged it in a different plug as suggested. Help!

I still haven’t found a solution. I tried contacting the company through their app and also through Facebook and nothing. I can’t find a phone number for them at all. I guess I’m out $40 because I first bought the pack with just sensors not knowing I needed a bridge. Then I bought the package with the bridge not knowing I also needed a camera. I purchased these for my sister to watch my mom because she wonders off. I’m so frustrated
