Got the new sense pack in and already have it monitoring my garage door status.
Is there a way to allow me to ask Alexa the status of this new sensor?
I want to put the other door status on my shed that is on the other end of my property. Outside the shed I can get the sensor to connect and tigger open closed. However since I want to mount it inside the wooden shed, it doesn’t transmit the open/close status reliably. Without moving my camera, is there a way to extend the range of the sensor? Possibly usb extend the receiver to a higher location?
Bonus question: how do I turn off the blue led on the back of the hub? It really shows at night.
