Sense keypad

Hi. just got my starter kit. i can’t get the keypad sense to connect no matter how hard i try. home flashes but nothing connects. everything else seems to work, i even deleted all my other wyze products from the app to see if anything was messing with it. still not connecting. anyone have any ideas?

I’m wondering if you don’t have a bad keypad. If no one comes up with a better idea, then you probably should contact Wyze to see about a replacement.

They’re open for support between 4 am-8 pm PT Monday through Friday, and 8 am-4 pm PT Saturday.

The only thing I can think of to try before contacting Support is doing a hard reset (battery pull) for a minute or two then retry. Battery access instructions here.
