What is up with this? What would cause it?
I’ve lost footage that I needed. Is it the cam or the card?

Yes, looks like the card is corrupted. You might search for uSD recovery e.g. How to Recover Corrupted SD Card [All the Methods]
You might be able to recover pieces and a few files on card.
- Preferable to use High Endurance cards in your device.

What are you reading the uSD card on? That looks like a phone screen. Try is on a PC.
Too late - I gave up on it. I had used a BoneView Reader on both iphone and ipad - did not think to break out the pc - but if it happens again I certainly will. Thank you!
