Thank you. So that’s what I had done - turned off notifications from rules and kept only turn on notifications. Looks like somehow the notifications for each of the device was off. I had to click each of the device and enable notifications. The notifications under account tab were still on. That seems to have solved the problem.

I reported the “End Time (Optional)” failure to turn off notifications to Wyze Support and provided logs as requested on Sunday afternoon. Support said engineers would look at it. No more failures since then. Five days of failures, including test rules, and now it seems to be resolved.
