Scheduled Maintenance Duration?

Just received an email about a scheduled maintenance starting at 1AM PT. It is a standard operating procedure to provide DURATION of the maintenance, that is basic customer service.

Update: My post was moved to “an existing topic” that was created 2 hours later.

I like Wyse products very much and now I have some concerns about the company.
Emailing system downtime notifications with incomplete information should not be sent, it is a sign of lack of experience on many levels and also posting on their own forum has to be timely and coordinated.

Cheers to Wyse overcoming and preventing growing pains and focusing on becoming a good long-lasting company who is there for their customers first.
