I want my Outdoor Cams to turn on lights when activated. Please add a scheduling feature like CamPan has. I would like to only have outdoor cams work after dusk.

I believe what you are looking for can be done using a Schedule Rule.
Home Screen/Edit(pencil Icon in upper right corner) / Edit Rules/+(upper right corner)/Schedule. This would be an example:

If I have an indoor facing camera and I want no detection of movement during awake hours (for privacy), but want 24 hr monitoring of sound from smoke detectors, how do I set it up?
Create another scheduled based rule that turns off “Motion Detection” for that camera during your desired hours and select your desired days.
