a few weeks ago my scale stopped showing the % All I get now is weight then it goes to “----%” - No heartrate either
Changed batteries, still the same issue
Any Suggestions?
Have you synced with the scale? Pull down from the top when in the scales page in the app and let it sync. Also try clearing the app cache in account > app settings.
the problem was on the scale itself without even using the app ( except for heartrate) - I ended up pulling the batteries for a day then when I put them back in it was working again ( same batteries)
