I have a Outdoor Cam set to Motion Detection that turns on at 6 PM and off at 7 AM. Action is set to “Turn On Motion Detection” at that time. However, it seems to still detect 24/7. Should I turn ON Motion detection when I want detection OR do the opposite - set to turn it OFF in daytime? Or should I leave Detection alone, and just set to turn Off/ON Notifications? I need to work correctly because it also turns on outside lights when detected via IFTTT, It is making my lights stay on a lot in daytime when not needed.
Can you post the Rule you have setup so we can see what you are doing?
I recently deleted all the rules, but the behavior still exists. Seems to be a bigger issue.
