Robot Vacuum Pre-Order Wyze Cam V3 reward

Hey all,

I pre-ordered the robot vac and chose the Wyzecam v3 as a reward. Wondering if anyone is still waiting to receive their reward?

Mine just barely shipped yesterday (though I haven’t received it)… Actually I’m not even sure it shipped, just that they finally created the shipping order, while some others had theirs shipped over a week ago, so they’re still working on them, don’t worry too much.

Man I was supposed to get a promo where a V3 cam would be no cost when buying a cam plus membership. I bought 2, still no V3 cam :frowning:

I did that one too. That was the black friday special. You were supposed to get a coupon code for it, they didn’t send those ones to me automatically. Call support ASAP because I think the code was supposed to expire end of March!

You can check if you did it right because your Cam Plus subscriptions, where it says when they expire, they’ll say black friday on them. It also only worked if you never had Cam Plus before, anything besides 2 week trials invalidated the offer.

If you qualified and did it right, search your emails and call support before the month ends!

Yeah I am still waiting on mine. I did the pre-order for the robot vacuum as well. I reached out to the wyze team and was told they would send it out automatically. Somehow I really doubt it since no one has reached out to me since to let me know if the camera has been shipped.

Nobody reached out to me individually either, they just sent it. It partially depends on your various notification settings (since I believe it was only talked about in group, form like emails). You can check to see if your free cam has been shipped or to be scheduled to be shipped by doing the following:

  1. Go to Wyze.com
  2. Log in
  3. Click on My Account
  4. Click on My Orders

Now you should see an order listed with an order total of $0.00 listed somewhere in February/March like this:

If you click “View” on that line item, it should specify the product name as “Wyze Cam v3 - Reward” as follows:

Incidentally, my “Order date” and my “ship date” were a week apart, and then it took almost another week before it arrived. So it took about 2 weeks total from the date it finally showed up in my account as being processed.

If you don’t see it in your order receipts/invoices at all yet, I would email or call support:

NOTE: Now, all of that is of course assuming that when they sent out the email way back at the end of December, that you clicked on the link, and specifically filled out the form saying you were choosing a V3…if that never happened, it’s almost assuredly too late to fix it now…but it can’t hurt to contact support anyway. If you did fill out the prize survey, then you should also still have the coupon code they gave everyone, and even though they’ve invalidated all those codes now, you can at least show them a copy of that email proving that you filled out the prize survey correctly and that you really are supposed to be getting the free V3 you qualified for as promised.

One way or the other I’m confident support will take care of you if you contact them. They’ve always gone way far above and beyond with the ultimate result…sometimes it just takes going through their very thorough scripting of checking out everything possible first.

Hopefully you just see the free order in your orders screen though…but if not, contact support. I find phone works best (resolved during the call), while email is just convenient (may happen over the course of several days…but at least it’s something you can do in cracks of time at your convenience).
