I purchased not 1 but 2 vacuums (stupid me) because it did so well in the first week. Now BOTH vacuums either ignore its own map and tries to go through walls to get to a particular room that was scheduled to be cleaned only to give up after 3 minutes and go back to its base, or it stops a fraction of its way through its cleaning and says ‘Cleaning Complete’… What is going on here? Anyone else with this issue and have a response?.. I tried to look up customer service and it seems Wyze relies on its own customers to solve their problems.
