Anyone have any idea how long it takes to get a response to a support ticket? It has been over a week.
Last I heard they are around 14 days.

They are still backlogged with tickets, and they were closed the entire three day weekend for Memorial Day.
Definitely varies greatly -
Problem → Email Tuesday a.m. → Delivery expected Saturday Evening.
