We don’t have the ability to do warranty replacements in Canada yet. It was creating a very awkward situation where some folks were understandably upset to find out that there was limited support available for them though they purchased our products through what they thought was a legitimate channel. Given that Amazon has been selling them in Canada for close to three years and we’re actively working on our own Canadian shipping, I don’t think this is going to dry up the resource.
Actively is not the correct word to use here. WYZE has no control over Amazon, as long as they are selling through Amazon.com.
If you are ok with not having a warranty keep buying from Amazon.ca
I don’t mind the lack of warranty. I have 8 WYZE cameras all over a year old and all working well.
