RESOLVED: Poor Products and Support from a Canadian

We don’t have the ability to do warranty replacements in Canada yet. It was creating a very awkward situation where some folks were understandably upset to find out that there was limited support available for them though they purchased our products through what they thought was a legitimate channel. Given that Amazon has been selling them in Canada for close to three years and we’re actively working on our own Canadian shipping, I don’t think this is going to dry up the resource. :slight_smile:

Actively is not the correct word to use here. :slight_smile: WYZE has no control over Amazon, as long as they are selling through Amazon.com.
If you are ok with not having a warranty keep buying from Amazon.ca
I don’t mind the lack of warranty. I have 8 WYZE cameras all over a year old and all working well.
