Has the handheld vacuum been designed with the facilities for the batteries to be replaced by the consumer once they reach the end of their life? I’m rather tired of manufacturers that design their products in such a way to make it virtually impossible to keep using the product once the rechargeable batteries are no longer viable.

From what I can tell it does not look like they are meant to be replaced.
