Remove card from account?

Has anyone had any issues removing their card from their account? Is there a way to do it without canceling your subscription for your cam?

When you say removing the card, are you asking about the SD Card you can add? If you are, the card will not cancel your Cam Plus subscription as it is independent from Cam Plus.

I think they mean “credit” card. I’m not sure if there’s a way to remove it online, but customer support should be able to take care of it and answer the question:
