Upon firing up my Wyze app am I am often greeted with an error about refreshing the list of camera and the only option is the large ‘+’ sign in the middle to add a new device. I have found that moving to the notifications window and then back to the main list seems to resolve the issue but not always. Is this a bug? Is anyone else experiencing this?
The same happens for me.
Please submit a support ticket from within the app just after this happens. This will forward an app log to the developers so they can hopefully track down the cause of this.
