I just got new s 22 plus and I have a dual band router then I have never had trouble connecting a camera but every time I try now since I got the 5G phone it says cannot connect to the network anybody have this problem with a 5G phone

Has the Pan v2 ever been connected to your wifi network before?
Are you absolutely sure that you are inputting settings for the Wyze app for the 2.4Ghz home network properly?
Make sure the router isn’t set up for two different SSID (one for each band). If it is, the phone will need to be connected to the 2.4GHz WiFi network to do the install of the cam on that network. Once installed, you can switch the phone back to the 5GHz WiFi band.
If the router has dual band single SSID, it should install since the one SSID and password are the same for both bands. Just make sure your phone is connected to the WiFi and not on the 5G cell signal.
