RE: Error code 90

trying to access the link to the connectivity troubleshooting guide. The link takes me to zendesk which wants my email and password - then tells me my account password is invalid. How do I log in to read the guide?

The link takes me to zendesk which then asks for my email and password - tells me my account password (the one I use to log into Wyze) is invalid - same as before

Not for me. I even tried it in a new private browser session to be sure. You should probably clear cache and/or restart your browser. It only prompts for login if I click the upper right user icon.
