Question about Wyze band and Wyze Bulbs

I am writing here because I live outside the US, and there is a 12 hour difference, not to mention the call is expensive. There seems to be no email support (support@wyze.com is not monitored). So I am going to post my tech support question here in the hope that someone from that department monitors these posts. Here is is:

Hi, I live in Malaysia and also have a house in Thailand and we have been able to purchase your products here. I have two questions. The first is about the Wyze band. I know that smartwatches here cannot manage Alexa integration unless they download the app from a US store. Will the Wyze Band’s Alexa integration function here? Also, will Wyze bulbs purchased from the US work in this 220v part of the world? Thank you
