The new Wyze Cam Pan is my fourth camera. I receive push notifications from the other three however, not from the Cam Pan. Any ideas?
Push notifications settings are a global setting that will apply to all types of alert videos and to all Wyze Cams in your Wyze App. Alert video recording settings are set on each individual camera in the Settings for each camera.
Have you verified that alert video settings are set for the Pan Cam (i.e. enabled for motion detection, appropriate sensitivity level, etc.).

I have verified proper alert settings and sensitivity level. The camera follows motion I just don’t get a push notification.
I’m having a similar problem. I have seven V1/V2 Wyzecams that work fine for generation motion notifications / recording clips.
I recently added two new Pan cams are not generating motion clip recordings and are never listing an event in the android app Notifications area.
Both pan cams are setup for Motion Detection = True
On latest firmware and android app
Have experimented with fullscreen motion versus setting a zone and turned motion all the way up.
The Pan cameras will automatically pan to follow me and show motion detection in real-time on the live video feed on the app they just never record the motion clip to AWS or list it in the app’s Notifications area so they’re pretty useless at the moment until I can work this out.
I’m having the same problems. My original Wyze Cam is sending me push notifications, but the 2 new pan cameras I just installed do not record events or send notifications, making them essentially worthless. I have all the settings correct, and am running the latest version of ios. Wondering if the new pan cameras are defective…
thanks Robert, based on your feedback, the required app/fw/camera settings are in place. can you please try a factory reset first. If the issue persists, can you please try to toggle other functions on (motion tracking, pan scan, motion tagging), including enabling “sound/smoke/co detection” under alert settings, and “record sound” under advanced settings. please leave these settings on the pan and see if you are able to trigger motion alert notifications.

Turning the sensitivity level to 100% solved the problem.
