I think I found the issue. These 3 cameras had overexposed images. Half out windows and half inside. If I change the camera angle and keep the exposure in the scene the same, they clear up. My 1st 3 images in the original post have blown out spots. I guess they’re all taking a beating for 2 years.

Does it look like permanent damage or did the 3 recover?
Here are 2 of the cameras cleaned up since I moved or adjusted angles. So long the image doesn’t blow out, the cameras are ok.
