I have four cameras in my house. None have SD cards. All four were recording events and sending me notifications until the day before yesterday. Three still work fine, one is problematic. The one problem camera sends me notifications that an event has occurred, but when I try to call up the 12 second recording of the event I get a message that the clip doesn’t exist in the cloud or that the clip is still being uploaded.I am not at home so I cannot do a hard power cycle, and I cannot turn the camera off and back on using the app. The problem camera live streams just fine. Any thoughts on why I cannot play back the 12 second recording of the event?
Try doing a Reset from the camera settings in the app.
