Happy St. Patrick’s Day! I’m Kenny, a Digital Community Manager from Team Wyze. If you’re looking for another Preorder Shipment Update, you’re in luck! :four_leaf_clover:

“Where’s Jimmy?” you ask? Well, spring is right around the corner. While some animals are emerging from hibernation, our very own Jimmy from Wyze™ has gone into a week-long slumber of his own. :sleeping: That means you’re stuck with me for now but he’ll be back from his well-deserved time off with more updates next week!

No napping here though. Here’s what you need to know about your preordered item(s) this week:

First, some weekly reminders.

  • Since preorders were placed a little while ago, it’s very important that we have a current address on file for you. If you think we have outdated shipping info for your order, please contact our support team ASAP !

  • The dates that you see in these emails are estimates for when your devices will ship . After shipping, our partners will work on getting your package to you. Please give about 4-14 business days for your new device(s) to complete their journey!

  • Not in the contiguous US? If you’re in Hawaii, Alaska, or Puerto Rico, it could take up to 2-4 weeks to get your package to you. :rowing_man:

  • Wanna hang out with other Wyze fans? Our communities are a great place to see what’s possible with your Wyze gear (or if you want to stare longingly at photos of products you haven’t received yet). We love new faces, so feel free to join us!

What’s changed from last week? Check out the updates:

Wyze Video Doorbell

  • Last week, over 90% of preorders were shipped.
    :point_right: 100% of preorders have now been shipped!

Wyze Watch

  • Select Wyze Watch 47 orders are planned to ship by 3/22 - a little early!
    :point_right: The first few preorders are now shipping. These will continue to roll out through the weekend.

Wyze Handheld Vacuum

  • Preorders were scheduled to begin shipping in March.
    :point_right: Wyze Handheld Vacuum will now ship in the first half of April. These extra 1-2 weeks will allow us to include a free replacement filter in the box with every order which helps you save money in the long run!

Wyze Video Doorbell

100% of preorders have been shipped.

All of the outstanding preorders for Wyze Video Doorbell are fulfilled.

We reached the end of this rainbow! Thanks for your patience as this mighty little doorbell made its journey from our door to yours. :rainbow:

Now that all preorders have shipped, you won’t see Wyze Video Doorbell featured in future shipping updates from us. Once yours arrives, we’d love to see how you’re using it. Just tag @wyze on Instagram in your post or story to share with us! :sparkles:

Wyze Watch

5% of preorders have shipped.

Select Wyze Watch 47 orders
These have started shipping and will continue to be sent out by 3/22.

Other Wyze Watch orders are planned to start shipping in early April. We’ll have more specific updates for your order once we’re a little closer.

Notes for Wyze Watch

In case you missed the news last week, a small selection of launch day preorders for the Wyze Watch 47 are being fulfilled early. Please keep an eye out for a possible shipping confirmation from us very soon! :raised_hands:

If you preordered Wyze Watch 44, don’t worry - we didn’t forget about you! We’re still on track to start shipping the rest of the Wyze Watches in early April. :alarm_clock:

Wyze Home Monitoring Hardware

These haven’t started shipping yet.

The new generation of Wyze Sense is estimated to start shipping in April. I’ll have more specific dates for your order(s) once shipping has begun.

This includes Core Starter Kits as well as additional Entry Sensors, Motion Sensors, and Keypads.

Ordered Wyze Cams with your Wyze Home Monitoring equipment? They’ll ship separately as soon as they’re in stock.

Notes for Wyze Home Monitoring Hardware

We’re hard at work on these bundles! Some of the included devices are undergoing manufacturing as we speak. We’re currently working towards finalizing the initial firmware for the contact sensors so we can begin production of those as well.

We’re still estimating that we’ll be able to start shipping these orders out sometime in April. Please be on the lookout for more updates in these emails as we get more information!

Wyze Handheld Vacuum

These haven’t started shipping yet.

Orders from January 19th - Present
Should start shipping in April.

More specific dates for your order(s) will be available once shipping has begun.

Notes for Wyze Handheld Vacuum

The timing for these shipments has changed slightly. We want to give you a free replacement filter with your vacuum. When it’s time to be replaced, we want you to have a new filter all ready to go without needing to order one! It’ll take about 1-2 weeks to make sure this extra filter is included in the box.

Just like your Wyze Handheld Vacuum, we know it can suck to wait. But this short delay will save you a little money in the long run! :money_with_wings:

Still thinking about a new, ultra-portable vacuum? You’re in luck since there’s still a few in stock! It’s not too late to place your order for our April shipment before they run out. :eyes:

Wyze Bulb Color (4-Pack)

These haven’t started shipping yet.

Orders from February 16th - February 17th
Should start shipping next week.

Orders from February 18th - Present
Should start shipping in April.

We’ll have more specific dates for your order(s) once shipping has begun.

Speaking of rainbows, things are about to get a lot more colorful (literally). After launching the app update for Wyze Bulb Color last week, our team is putting the finishing touches on the first batch of orders to start shipping next week! :rainbow:
