Will this work to power a Wyze camera? I need an adapter that is not as long as the stock one.
This is 5V, 1A, 5W.

For a V2, yes.
@none is on the money. The V2 takes a 1 amp supply and the Pan requires a 2 amp. Pan will function with a 1 amp but not all the features will work well, so don’t mix them up!
