Power Outages turn on cameras when the power is restored

Restore camera ON/OFF status after power outage

At present time, after a power outage, a camera that was OFF comes back online in ON status. (This is because at present, the server-side status of the camera is stored as either ON, OFF, or OFFLINE.) This topic is requesting to add a server side memory of the camera’s ON/OFF status separate to ONLINE/OFFLINE so that the ON/OFF status can be restored after a power outage.
