Also, what specifically is the issue with the doorbell? Maybe the community will be able to help you solve the problem.
That is an example of terrible service.
Temporarily turn off mobile cellular data on your phone while setting up the doorbell.
I spent 2 hours on hold the other day, before giving up. They don’t respond to email either. At this point I’m fairly certain they don’t have anyone working there.
Do you have a ticket number? You definitely should try calling again too.
I’ve called twice, sat with the online chat help twice, each time for 1-2 hours… actually the online help I just left going for 4 hours the other day. I think I may have solved the issue, which appears due to them not testing their code (updated the thread I started on this). That said, this whole thing has soured me to using them for anything related to serious home security.
