POE to USB Power Adapter

I haven’t been able to find a simple adapter to go straight from POE to USB A to then attack the camera power cable.

Another good option would be RJ45 POE to Micro USB to directly power the camera.

It sounds pretty straight forward for me and would make using existing infrastructure much easier for these cameras.
