Plug: Maximum sustained current?

I know the Wyze Plug has as 15A rating, but is this at 100% duty cycle?

This is probably beyond the designed capability of the plug but I’m wondering if it’s possible to use one to control in-garage charging of an EV. For example, a Tesla Model 3 will draw 12A continuously when connected to a standard 15A/120V household socket. Could a Wyze Plug stand up to this for hours on end without overheating and lighting the house on fire?

The Plug has been ETL Certified. Wyze Plug has been tested at the ETL laboratory and found to meet all applicable standards and safety measures for use as specified, which is 15A.
