Just set up a outdoor cam. The picture quality is strange. The color is not right. It’s pinkish. Any suggestions?
Welcome to the forums! Cycle the night vision settings a few times. On to auto to off to on etc.

Tried that a number of times and no change.
And confirming this is a Wyze Cam Outdoor? Not another Wyze cam that is outside? It looks like the ir filter is stuck in place, and the camera is in daylight mode. When you cycled the modes, did the live view switch from pink to black and white? Some others have tapped the sides of the camera to try and jar it loose, or ran a magnet along the side of the camera. Those are other options.

Thanks for your help. Camera still the same and it is a cam outdoor. Guess I will contact Wyze.
