Person Detect

Hello,

I’m pretty new to Wyze…about 3 weeks. I’ve really enjoyed it so far. My person detection stopped working this morning.

I am a paid Cam Plus member. Wondering what the new September update means for a newbie like me after reading some of the previous posts?

Welcome to the Wyze community!
Because you’re a new Wyze user, you have to use Cam Plus to access person detection. You already have Cam Plus so it should work. Try removing the camera from Cam Plus and Are adding it. Also try power cycling.
