Payments continue to be taken from my CC after repeated cancellation

Is anyone else having an issue with Wyze pulling payment after you cancel the service? I set up payment under the choose your payment. I have stopped using the service and canceled it repeatedly but payment keeps getting payments pulled.

phone support is typically faster however this isn’t always true due to fluctuation in the amount of calls.

Apparently the real answer was ( c ) “neither, they keep billing you anyway”?
