@wyzegwendolyn payment has been pending Since December 2, today is December 9. I can’t even cancel my order. I’ve also completed a support ticket #917507. Please help.

Sometimes online doesn’t have reps available, but by phone, you’ll definitely get a person. They can look into it.
I emailed support on December 5, and still no reply. The credit card has been charged as of December 3. However, receipt still shows payment pending. I called yesterday and no answer as well… long process…
I would try calling support directly like @carverofchoice said. I have seen Gwendolyn mention before they can’t access the payment side where support can.
