Pancam not updated

I have four Wyzecams three are regular cam v2 and one is a Pancam all my Wyzecams were all updated to detect humans except my pancam it won’t update. Why?

Did you go to the camera settings (gear icon) > Device Info > Check update? Is the camera on 4.10.3.108? If not, what exactly happens when you tap Check Update?

All my cameras are on 4.9.4.108 except for my pancam which is 4.20. Something
