My Pan Camera got knocked over while in use. Now can not get online or get status light to come on? So it is basically useless? Is it toast??
It just fell over, did not fall any distance. I have tried everything. So it could not pan/rotate anymore.
I have since removed from my system, trying to reinstall as if a new device. Plug into power, and nothing on status light. Can not get past that.
Check out the seams on all the parts of the cam. I had one fall and found that several seams needed a good push to snap then back into place. Maybe a gap is keeping your plug prongs from reaching their home or something. Might help?
