A Pan cam disappeared from my phone (Samsung Galaxy Note 8). It was working properly for a couple of months then it disappeared. I have 4 other cameras working properly. I decided to treat it as a new device since it wasn’t showing on my phone. I removed SD card and pressed the reset button. It went through the setup correctly until the very end during the countdown it wouldn’t connect. I did a factory reset and tried again and it failed. Any other ideas?
Have you tried doing the full setup process? Did you re setup the cam on a different account? When you say disappear, do you no longer see any trace of the camera on your home page? Or just the live feed doesn’t work?
I would say keep trying to do a complete setup. You may have to go the support route and set up a ticket and see what the Wyze folks have up their sleeve for ya. Good luck!
