I have two pam cams, one has the grid under detection settings and works well for person detection. I have plus on both cameras.
My other Pam Cam has no grid. I have attempted the following.
- Reverted firmware back 3 firmwares
- Installed latest firmware
- Uninstalled wyze cam software and reinstalled.
- Set up pam cam again
- No grid after any of the above.
I am also having trouble with it notifiying of ANY motions, even though I have only the Ai turned on and the filters set to notify on person only.
I have also talked with support. They suggested the 4 steps above, had no other options for me.
