Outdoor plug partially configured

I just received my two new outdoor plugs. I followed the quick start steps to add to my network and the process hung midway. After backing out of the steps I realized the device was added, but only one outlet was configured. The single outlet even showed up in Google Home. However, I need both outlets. I tried resetting and re-adding. No go. Also noticed I can’t remove the one configured outlet from the wyze app. Throwing caution to the wind, I figured I’d try the second plug only to have the same thing happen again. That’s one way to get two working outlets, but not what I had in mind.

Any ideas on next steps? I can’t hard reset. I can’t remove the device from the app. Other relevant info: I have multiple wyze devices and am well aquatinted with the app and adding/removing devices. My network has 2.4GHz WiFi. The one outlet in each plug work great.
