I just hooked up new outdoor camera I’m getting alerts and can watch video when alerted but I don’t see videos in events so once I watch they’re gone. Also night vision out side is terrible any help?

I’m having a similar problem. Live view shows green motion detection rectangles but no events are ever captured or notifications sent. Not sure if there is some configuration setting that I haven’t set or perhaps some settings conflict to prevent event capture. Camera and base station both have the latest firmware updates, rebooted both. Outdoor camera simply won’t record events. Any help would be appreciated. Tech support hasn’t responded.
