I have 2 outdoor cams (at different homes) and they are working great. My question is where events are recorded for my playback. If I have sd cards in the cameras and the base stations. If an event is triggered, does the 12 second recording reside in the cloud or on one or both of the sd cards? This is important since the most vulnerable part of the Wyze ecosystem is the wifi connectivity that all cameras depend upon. My wifi is through cable connected to the side of my house and could be easily cut. If the events are recorded to the cloud I would at least be able to see the internet cable being cut on my app and know it’s time to notify police. On a related note, isn’t this vulnerability a big concern when using an internet based security system like the Wyze system?
