Outdoor cam not working after update

My cam worked last week when purchased. After update cam shows being offline. Power cycled cam and still the same. Deleted cam and put on charge, now when cam is turned on to start pairing the light does not come. Nothing happens, This cam replaces a cam that did the same thing. Now I have two outdoor cams that don’t function.

Try to sign out and back in on the app also if your talking about the battery camers do a hard reboot of the base/hub also power cycle the camera

Camera won’t power cycle, when turned on to start pairing you are supposed to see a solid yellow light. The light does nothing. Light does work when charging.

You will not get any special light when charging, all of ours are on solar panels
