I see two issues since receiving my Outdoor cam and I’m hoping I can get for (I’ve already submitted a support ticket, as I see lots of other people with similar issues)
Detection - detects at most 50% of the time during the day and 0% at night. I have the camera set at 100% and it’s not working, what’s the solution?
Battery life. The camera is showing 26% on the app when the camera says it’s fully charged I’m now getting a “low battery life” signal at 18% after 1 week of use.
Your assistance and insight would be appreciated.
